Company Profile / Whova App
We are excited to be using the Whova app again this year.
In this app, vendors will have the ability to:
- Create your own company profiles, upload your own photos and upload your own logo.
- Connect with conference attendees through direct messaging.
- Conference schedule is included in the app. You can even customize the schedule to fit your needs.
- You can only revise your company profile if you have received access/permission first. Only one booth attendee per vendor is permitted in the app.

Silent Auction Donation
The popular silent auction is Thursday, March 20. If you plan to bring a silent auction item to showcase in your booth, they will be included in the conference program as long as the Exhibitor Silence Auction form is received by the deadline. Use the silent auction to increase traffic in your booth. The money earned from the silent auction is dedicated to the MCFOA Scholarship Fund.

A bidding sheet will be provided to you at your booth.
The auction closes at 4:00 p.m. At this time, bring your items and bidding sheets to the Silent Auction table. The volunteers will handle connecting with the top bidder.

Door Prize Donation
Another highlight of the Exhibitor Show on Thursday, March 20 is the chance for participants to win fabulous door prizes. You are not allowed to hold drawings for prizes in your booth; however, you may collect business cards for contacts.
If you plan to bring a door prize, leave it at the Registration table along with a business card with the door prize so we can properly acknowledge it. Drawings are conducted throughout the day.
Offering an opportunity for a door prize is a real draw to your booth at the Exhibitor Show. Be sure to make it count and complete the Exhibitor Door Prize form.

Cancellation Policy
- Sponsors and Exhibitors canceling their registration on or before "X" will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be given after "X".
- Written requests for cancellations MUST be emailed to PACE@stcloudstate.edu.
- Should inclement weather (or other circumstances beyond our control) necessitate program cancellation or postponement, you will receive communication from Kassidi Andres.
