Participants will learn to categorize their donors into meaningful segments, develop tailored messaging for each group, and create a realistic donor communication plan they can implement within their organization's capacity.
- On-site session includes a 45-minute lunch break
- Digital handouts will be provided before the session
- A follow-up Zoom session will be held on Wednesday, July 9th (1 hour)
