Cancellation Policy

• Requests for cancellations must be in writing and emailed to pace@stcloudstate.edu 
• If a written cancellation is received any time prior to one week before the first day of the session, a full refund will be issued.
• If a written cancellation is received within one week or after the first day of the session, a refund, minus a 10 percent processing fee, is issued.

*Course materials will be shipped to the address provided when you register for our course. Students will be emailed digital workbook handouts for the class sessions to facilitate participation until their course materials are delivered.

GMAT Prep Classes are offered live-online.  Our virtual classroom provides you with the flexibility to attend class from any location, the opportunity to interact in real time with our expert instructors, and the ability to re-watch the recordings of your class sessions at your convenience through 120 days after the last scheduled class session.  To supplement the live experience students have access to online support resources as well.

System Requirements: The live-online GMAT Prep Class i s offered online using Adobe Connect, a free application. All you need to participate in live-online classes and online office hours are a high-speed internet connection and speakers or headphones.
