Planning and Delivering Difficult and Professional Conversations

In this interactive session, you will learn and practice practical skills & strategies to understand and work through conflict that can occur when attempting to work in collaborative relationships. Strategies developed in the session include: active and empathetic listening, emotional self-control, stating concerns in a productive way, and a planning map for planning and holding difficult and professional conversations. Participants will leave the session with techniques they can immediately implement in their work with colleagues.
