Importantly, all the content within this course has been created and curated by individuals with disabilities. Every story shared here is a genuine account from real people who have generously offered their experiences to help you enhance the accommodations and experiences for disabled guests in the tourism industry. This one-hour course concludes with the issuance of a digital credential recognizing the skills gained during this disability awareness training.
